This entry level lab position is a unique chance for you to expand your sampling and testing skills and gain practical hands-on experience in state-of-the-art laboratories.

This position requires a Monday to Friday roster.
Reporting to the Supervisor – Laboratories WA you will undertake compliance testing related to cement & lime manufacturing processes. This will include a broad range of testing, sample preparation, equipment calibration and computer-based analysis.

Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate results in a timely manner and meeting customer expectations
- Develop effective positive working relationships within a close team environment
- Adhere to procedures and work systems in a systematic, methodical and safe manner
- Apply initiative and actively provide calculated recommendations for improvement
What you will need to succeed
- Tertiary qualified in relevant scientific discipline and/or previous laboratory experience
- A commitment to safety, quality and the environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to apply initiative and work as part of a small team
- Australian drivers' licence
- Forklift licence would be highly regarded but not essential
