We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech savvy Proposal Coordinator to support the development and preparation of tenders, proposals, and Expressions of Interest. This role sits within our Business Development Team and plays a key part in coordinating documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders, and producing compliant, high-quality submissions that meet client requirements and tight deadlines.

About the role:

• Managing and coordinating tender submissions, proposals, and presentations, including editing, proofreading, and formatting documents prior to submission.
• Drafting non-technical content such as cover letters, executive summaries, project data sheets, and standard templates.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Technical, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and HR teams to compile accurate and timely inputs.
• Ensuring all documents are consistent in tone, format, and aligned with Re.Group's branding and guidelines.
• Conducting research to support content development and enhance the quality of submissions.
• Managing competing priorities and requests in line with submission timelines and client expectations.
• Leveraging digital productivity tools—such as Microsoft Copilot—to automate formatting, summarise content, and improve document creation and team collaboration.
• Updating and maintaining bid content libraries and supporting documentation.

About you:

• Strong business writing, editing, and formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated organisational and administrative capability.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under pressure.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and experience using AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Prior experience in bid coordination, contract management, or a similar role.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a focus on quality outcomes.
• A tertiary qualification in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
