**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated individuals to join the team as Proposal Coordinator.

Working with the Senior Program Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting with the facilitation and coordination of energy services opportunities, ensuring submissions for all customer proposals and bids are in accordance with Transgrid/Lumea’s framework and policies.

In addition, the successful incumbent will support the Project Development Managers in developing successful bids including managing standard proposals from identification to execution. You will also provide continuous improvement to the proposals and core marketing material. Another key requirement of the role is to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification at Degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Good working knowledge of infrastructure services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge and experience with relevant MS Office software
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, preferable
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage through competing priorities under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders and customers at all levels
- Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills to win sales opportunities and build ongoing customer relationships
- Relevant systems knowledge and solid personal computing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Good business sense, trustworthiness, dedication, creativity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Ability to prepare accurate, concise, and considered documents
- Ability to show initiative and have a business and customer focus
