An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and ambitious Proposal Writer to join Altus Group. This is a unique opportunity within a large professional consultancy firm that services the Property and Commercial RE sector.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, the proposal writer will lead and propose the proposal preparation process for our cost and project management division, covering the APAC region.

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead the proposal preparation process by guiding and expediting submission elements by team members
- Development of proposal content.
- Coordinate response efforts to meet submission requirements and deadlines
- Develop and prepare proposals using the input obtained from all sources in a concise, responsive, logical fashion, while ensuring the information provided complies with the specifications.
- Finalise, proofread and edit all responses
- Carry out administration duties including printing, collating, binding, and distribution of proposals
- Assist in ensuring consistency of format and visual style across each submission.
- Continual system and process improvement
- Maintain proposal content database

**This role will suit someone with exceptional communication and document formatting skills with the following experience**:

- Minimum 3 years' in construction proposal/bid writing, tender coordination, journalism, marketing or similar
- Strong technical writing background
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills, including proven experience of working within a deadline driven environment
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
- A team player who is flexible in accommodating others needs while being proactive and able to use their own initiative
