Senior Proposal Coordinator

The Regional Bid Manager position is a high-impact role that involves leading the development and delivery of major proposals across a broad spectrum of advisory, sustainability, and environmental services.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the preparation of complex, multi-disciplinary bids in the Asia Pacific region to drive business growth.
- Oversee the entire bid lifecycle – from initial opportunity assessment through to proposal submission and post-bid review.
- Create compelling content that showcases our expertise and positions us as the consultant of choice in competitive pursuits.
- BUILD STRONG REGIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop win strategies and continuously improve bid quality and process efficiency.
- A proven track record of delivering successful bids in the consulting sector.
- Experience managing multi-region, multi-discipline proposals with complex stakeholder environments.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Highly collaborative, commercially astute, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and regional bid requirements is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of market trends.
