Based in Kellyville, NSW, this high-impact executive role is ideal for an experienced leader who combines construction industry expertise, multi-lingual communication skills, and a strong financial mindset to deliver exceptional project outcomes and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the company's long-term strategic vision with a clear focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across construction management, project delivery, finance, and compliance to drive outstanding performance
  • Optimise project and business profitability through rigorous financial planning, resource allocation, and commercial risk control
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation, safety, and client excellence across all departments
  • Identify emerging business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, both locally and regionally
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with government agencies, investors, developers, suppliers, and strategic partners
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with WHS, NCC, ISO, and other local/international regulatory frameworks
  • Act as the external face of the business to advocate for project wins, strategic alliances, and corporate branding

Minimum 10 years of executive-level leadership experience, including as CEO, COO, or Construction Director in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environment

Proven success in scaling operations and delivering high-margin projects exceeding $20M in contract value

Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to deliver high return on investment (ROI) and cost management strategies

Multi-lingual proficiency highly desirable (e.g. English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay, Vietnamese, or Arabic) to lead a culturally diverse workforce and client base

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related field

Deep understanding of the Australian construction industry including NCC, WHS Act, contract law, and public/private sector procurement

High-level negotiation, stakeholder engagement and team-building skills
