The Opportunity

As a Vistage Executive Mentor- known as a Vistage Chair, you will share your expertise with CEOs and Business Owners; curate and operate your own group of CEOs/business owners- facilitating group meetings and mentoring the individual members in their groups.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering one on one coaching to some of Australias leading SME CEO and Business Owners
  • Facilitating powerful group meetings that help members achieve breakthrough insights and performance.
  • Selecting prospective members and supporting them through sign-up and onboarding.

Why this role may be right for you
  • Business development is a core part of this role, so if you not up for prospecting for new members from your own network, this is going to be a tough gig.
  • Working in partnership with the Vistage team, means sticking to the tried and tested methods and processes. If you looking to run your own show, you should keep looking.
