The Opportunity: Mortgage Broker

We are seeking driven, customer-focused Mortgage Brokers to join our high-performing team. You'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the mortgage journey from strategy and structuring to approval and settlement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding client experiences, and wants to be part of a fast-growing brokerage with a strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored lending solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to settlement.
• Provide advice across a range of lending scenarios: owner-occupied, investment, refinancing, equity release, SMSF, and asset finance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, referral partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance requirements, and market trends.
• Deliver a seamless, professional, and positive client experience every time.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years' experience in mortgage broking (or a strong banking background with proven results).
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
• Proven track record of writing and settling loans.
• Strong knowledge of lender products, structures, and credit policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• A self-starter with drive, resilience, and a passion for helping clients.
• Commitment to compliance and delivering best-interest duty.
