Overview

This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Broker at Stella Private. This hybrid role is located in Sydney, NSW, but offers flexibility with some work-from-home options. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage products, assisting with mortgage applications, and guiding clients through the loan approval process. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating client financial status, working with lending institutions to find the best mortgage deals, and providing debt consolidation advice. The Mortgage Broker will also be involved in mortgage marketing and maintaining relationships with brokerage partners.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on mortgage products and options
  • Assist clients with mortgage applications and guide through the loan approval process
  • Evaluate clients' financial status and creditworthiness
  • Collaborate with lending institutions to secure favorable mortgage terms
  • Provide debt consolidation advice as appropriate
  • Engage in mortgage marketing activities and maintain relationships with brokerage partners
Qualifications
  • Experience in Mortgage Brokers and Brokerage
  • Knowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance
  • Understanding of Mortgage Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant industry certifications or licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
