Your New Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you'll take full ownership of your sales pipeline, guiding clients from initial lead through to post-settlement. You'll deliver high-quality lending solutions, exceed monthly settlement targets, and build strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in commercial and residential lending will be key to helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • A Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years' experience in mortgage broking, with a focus on commercial and residential lending
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and company financials
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance
  • Knowledge of lending, housing market trends, and regulatory changes
