We are looking for a passionate individual who values success and teamwork. This role is suitable for an experienced candidate with expertise in the Fire Industry or for someone with a relevant trade background, estimating, or project management skills aiming to enter the industry.

What will you do?

  • Work within the Fire Services Construction team to grow and develop our projects.
  • Assist with delivery, administration, and estimation of various Fire projects of different sizes.
  • Continuously improve the quality and responsiveness of our Fire Construction team.
  • Collaborate with the local senior management team to build and foster customer relationships based on responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Apply your business instincts daily while executing your division's strategic plans.
  • Report directly to the company's Senior Operations Manager.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Experience in commercial contracting is advantageous; training can be provided.
  • A desire for continued learning and success.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver tasks on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional awareness to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication between internal/external clients and key stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and focus on quality, with ongoing improvement efforts.
