inventory & assembly co-ordinator
Do you have the practical ability to lead the assembly of innovative products and the organisational mindset to manage inventory and warehousing processes that support a national manufacturing and installation pipeline?
The Knox Digital Division is a fast-growing arm of the Knox Group that designs, builds and installs cutting-edge digital screen solutions used in commercial and public environments across the country . We are seeking a capable and 'hands on' Inventory & Assembly Coordinator to take ownership of warehouse operations, inventory control, and the coordination of our product assembly builds. You'll also play a key role in helping select and implement a new inventory control system, working closely with the Product Manager and project delivery team to streamline how we track, build and deliver high-quality digital infrastructure across Australia.
This is a role that suits someone hands-on, reliable and detail focused. You need to be someone who thrives in organising workspaces and brings a sense of ownership to everything you do in your role.
To be successful in this role, you must:
Be capable of assembling components or mechanical structures, using tools, parts, and drawings correctly
Be capable of leading small assembly teams to successfully achieve build timelines and costs
Have experience managing or supporting warehouse operations, with strong awareness of safety, layout efficiency and process control
Be confident using and helping implement inventory control systems, and excited to help lead the rollout of a new one
Be disciplined in your approach to general inventory management including barcode tracking, stock location and receival systems
Know how to coordinate production builds, allocate labour and ensure parts availability
Have a drivers licence (HR truck preferred, car licence essential) and ready to manage small scale freight logistics, including local deliveries and finished product transfers
Communicate clearly with project managers, procurement and suppliers to always 'keep things moving'
Take initiative to improve how things are done ; whether on the floor, on paper, or through software
You will be provided with:
A permanent, full-time position in a growing and innovative company with strong project momentum
The opportunity to help implement and take ownership of inventory, assembly and warehouse systems
A supportive team culture that values practical intelligence, loyalty, initiative and 'thinking outside of the box '
New office and warehousing space (under construction) with room to make the role your own
An outstanding and inclusive organisational culture
A competitive salary based on your capability and contribution, with development opportunities ahead
This is the ideal role for someone who wants more than a warehouse job; someone who enjoys building smart systems, solving real problems, and taking ownership of a critical coordination role in a fast-growing technical environment.
Apply now to join Knox Digital and help deliver the future of digital display infrastructure. Proudly built in Adelaide, used and displayed across Australia.
