We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and customer focus—and we're looking for a Full Time Customer Service Co-ordinator who shares those values to join our team based in Lonsdale, SA.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you'll be the go-to person for our customers—order processing, coordinating with production, and ensuring smooth delivery of products. You'll work closely with internal teams including Sales, quality, and leaders to ensure that what we promise is what we deliver. This role is primarily administrative, so strong SAP and Excel skills are essential. This role includes one direct report.
Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer queries via phone and emails;
Strong SAP knowledge for managing customer orders, tracking inventory and generating reports;
Complete scheduling of sales orders and manufacturing orders to meet deadlines;
Managing the administrative functions of our Food & Safety Quality Management System for the site;
Working closely with Quality and Technical Depts for administrative functions;
Build strong relationships with key customers and respond promptly to queries or issues;
Collaborate with the Supply and Services Manager on various administrative tasks and projects;
Provide administration support to the management team.
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years in senior customer service or leader role (packaging or manufacturing industry experience is a plus).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Previous experience in customer service or administrative background;
Tech-savvy with CRM and reporting tools essentail (e.g: QMS, SAP, Excel, MS);
Knowledge of QMS requirements.
