Role Details
  • Part-time position - 3 days per week - 22.5 hours per week
  • Office located on Greenhill Road (Eastwood)
  • Support from experienced HR professionals
About The Role

You will be responsible for supporting our leaders with day-to-day matters including end-to-end recruitment, drafting contracts, answering HR queries, training and development, providing industrial instrument advice, reporting and compliance.

Working under both a HR Advisor and Senior HR Business Partner, you will be provided with the opportunity to grow your skills as a HR Coordinator, including gaining exposure to the health care industry and a nursing enterprise agreement.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (preferred) with a passion for people and workplace culture.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or administration, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the HR team and can build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and professional conduct when engaging with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
