We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role to become our new Service Receptionist.

As the first point of contact with our Service Department guests, you will need to be an unflappable powerhouse who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment and is genuinely passionate about making people feel great.

Attention to detail and multitasking are mandatory. You will help guests book their vehicles, keep them updated on progress, and answer their questions by email, telephone, and face-to-face.

You will also manage service department phone traffic and assist our Service Team with administration tasks.

This is a key role in our dealership, where you will be treated with courtesy and respect but challenged to use your skills.
