The Role: Busy, Rewarding, and Full of Variety

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our practice, handling the day-to-day magic that keeps everything flowing. Expect a busy environment where variety keeps things engaging, supporting both our clinic and mobile dental operations. Key responsibilities include:

· Greeting patients with a warm welcome and managing check-ins/check-outs to ensure everyone feels right at home.

· Scheduling appointments, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with our team to keep the calendar humming.

· Maintaining accurate patient records, processing billing and insurance claims, and assisting with administrative tasks like stock ordering or correspondence.

· Proactively spotting ways to improve our processes – we love fresh ideas that make our practice even better

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal team member is organized, upbeat, and thrives in a busy setting. Experience in dental or medical reception is a plus, but we're more about finding someone who's genuinely kind, reliable, and eager to grow with us.
