About the opportunity:
As aPractice Manageryou'll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go:

  • Coaching, leading & developing a high performing clinic team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the clinic in line with the approved budget
  • Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
  • General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
  • Proactively marketing your clinic to drive patient numbers
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all clinic staff

Who we're looking for?

  • Previous practice management experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries
  • Prior business and people management experience essential
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
  • Understanding how to generate income and control costs
  • Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the clinic
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
