About the opportunity:
As aPractice Manageryou'll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go:
- Coaching, leading & developing a high performing clinic team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
- Assist with overall financial performance of the clinic in line with the approved budget
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
- Proactively marketing your clinic to drive patient numbers
- Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all clinic staff
Who we're looking for?
- Previous practice management experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries
- Prior business and people management experience essential
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- Understanding how to generate income and control costs
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
- Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the clinic
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
