Experienced Practice Manager required for our private practice. We will only consider candidates with prior proven track record as Practice Manager. We won't have financial KPIs, only patient satisfaction KPIs.

We are a small team of Principal Operator/Dentist and two support staff.

The ideal candidate would be required to:

  • Be independent in all aspect of management of practice operations;
  • implement ongoing training for staff in aspects of effective communication and best practices;
  • overlook bookings and ensure effective process is implemented by all team members;
  • improve overall performance of practice;
  • improve promotion of practice on existing and new platforms;
  • ensure smooth operations.
