About The Role
As our Breakfast Cook, you'll take pride in delivering fresh, delicious breakfasts that start our guests' day on a high note. You'll :
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room and room servicePresent and restock our stylish buffetKeep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stockedManage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast serviceAssist afternoon teams with prep for following shifts
About You
You love mornings, thrive in the kitchen, and are ready to bring a positive vibe to every shift You'll also have :
Efficiency and organisation — you stay cool and calm in busy momentsA team-first attitude and genuine passion for great foodAbility to work independently and collaborativelyA strong understanding of food safety and WHS / HACCP principlesCertificate III in Commercial CookeryReliability and a "can do" mindset
