About the Breakfast Chef Role

The ideal candidate is a passionate and experienced chef who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and has a love for fresh food and professional kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast and live omelet station.
  • Prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.
  • Interact with guests, ensuring excellent customer service and memorable dining experiences.

This role requires a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef.
  • Excellent knife skills and passion for fresh, quality food.
