This position stands at the pinnacle of luxury in Melbourne's vibrant city center, combining French elegance with modern luxury to offer unparalleled experiences for our guests.

We are located at the prestigious Paris End of Collins, nestled in the heart of Melbourne's theatre and business districts. Our luxurious 5-star hotel features 363 rooms, each offering breathtaking views of the iconic Melbourne skyline.

Responsibilities
  • Organise an assigned section to run efficiently and productively.
  • Monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements and advise on these well in advance.
  • Assist in training Chefs and apprentices to desired standards.
  • Ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
  • Meet customer expectations enabling the hotel restaurant and conferencing areas to be recognised as purveyors of consistent, value for money and quality cuisine.
