Gym Plus is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness and gymnastics equipment brands, trusted by nearly 100k families, coaches, and athletes. We've maintained strong double-digit growth over the past years and crossed 8-figure annual revenue in 2024 — all while remaining agile, customer-obsessed, and product-led.
Until now, we've focused primarily on DTC. But the demand from schools, studios, gyms, and sports organisations is too big to ignore. That's where you come in.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hungry, strategic and self-driven B2B Sales Executive to help us build and own the B2B arm of Gym Plus from the ground up. You'll be our first dedicated B2B hire — responsible for developing the playbook, generating and closing deals, and building long-term relationships across the education, fitness, and sports sectors.

What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and close new B2B customers — schools, gyms, studios, childcare centres, local councils, etc.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value B2B opportunities.
- Develop outbound strategies and inbound sales processes with support from leadership.
- Work closely with the founders, marketing and ops teams to shape our B2B offering and fulfilment strategy.
- Attend trade shows, pitch over Zoom, visit customer sites, and do what it takes to close deals.
- Track and report on key metrics — revenue, pipeline health, customer feedback.
- Lay the foundations for a scalable B2B channel (process, tools, partnerships).
Who You Are
- You've worked in B2B sales and know how to take a deal from lead to close.
- You're a natural hunter — proactive, persistent, and energised by winning new business.
- You're confident navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and know how to figure things out as you go.
- You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and can tailor solutions to different customer needs.
- You take ownership of your pipeline, your performance, and your growth.
- Experience selling services or solutions? That's a plus.
From time to time, you may join calls with clients looking for growth strategy support through our agency arm. Your understanding of their challenges from a sales perspective can make you a key part of the conversation.
