About the role :

This newly created role leverages an already successful portfolio by offering additional auxiliary products. A key responsibility with this established and phenomenally successful company is to ensure they continue to provide unrivalled service and products to their clients. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a well-oiled team that promotes teamwork and transparency. They are seeking an energetic, hands-on, committed sales executive who is outcome-focused, team-oriented, and capable of continuing the company's outstanding performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Utilise existing client portfolios to drive additional sales of non-mainstream auxiliary products.
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of leads to achieve aggressive new business targets.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets are not just met but exceeded.
  • Forge strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure long-term retention.
  • Initially target Sydney-based clients, then transition to national clients with interstate travel as required in the future.

Skills and Experience :

  • Experience in a similar sales position such as sales executive, B2B sales, or sales representative roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, highly proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys hunting for new opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

  • Salary range - $150k including superannuation + vehicle (negotiable depending on experience).

  • Induction Training - The successful candidate will rotate through various roles within the team for 3 to 6 months to gain a comprehensive understanding before officially stepping into the role.
