
Executive Sales Leader

Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive market development activities and expand our commercial card and B2B payments offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and product solutioning, with a strong ability to build relationships with executive-level decision makers and drive new business growth.
This role requires the candidate to be highly effective in solutions-based selling, with a passion for building relationships with internal and external constituents. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase payments volume and secure long-term revenue with key issuers and partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase payments volume and secure long-term revenue with key issuers/other key partnerships
- Manage relationship with issuers (both FIs & Non-FIs) and formulate and execute on Commercial Solutions go-to-market approaches working in close collaboration with account executives
- Focus on driving new purchase volume and revenue with Visa commercial card issuers (both FIs & Non-FIs) across all groups, which entails securing targeted opportunities in the public & private sectors in alignment and partnership with financial institution partners
The successful candidate will also contribute to quarterly business/account plans for assigned clients, collaborate with the Visa Commercial Solutions Hub team on new product development/technology/innovation initiatives, and utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure client business objectives are met.
