Belimo Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially driven and team-oriented leader to take on the role of Strategic Sales & Operations Manager for our NSW branch. This is a hybrid role that combines sales leadership, team management, and operational oversight - ideal for someone who thrives in both customer-facing and internal leadership environments.
You will oversee a small team (2–3 staff), support and back up our Business Development Manager (BDM), and ensure the smooth delivery of our HVAC solutions across a diverse customer base. This includes managing key accounts, supporting new business development, and ensuring operational excellence across all client interactions.

Your Role
As the Strategic Sales & Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a small NSW-based team, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and general customers, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Collaborate with and provide support to the current BDM for client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
- Drive solution-based sales aligned with Belimo's energy-efficient product offerings.
- Provide market insights and contribute to regional sales and operational strategy.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in HVAC, building automation, or mechanical services.
- Strong B2B sales and key account management experience.
- Proven leadership or team coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
