Vice President of Sales

Sydney | Hybrid

We're seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive enterprise AI and intelligent automation growth across Australia & New Zealand. If you're a player-coach who thrives on building teams, closing big deals, and scaling markets, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing ANZ sales team
  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy
  • Expand adoption in existing accounts & win new logos
  • Build C-level relationships and close complex enterprise deals
  • Drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and double-digit ARR growth

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, 5+ leading national teams
  • Proven success scaling sales in high-growth markets
  • Strong C-level network across major Australian enterprises
  • Hands-on leader with strategic vision and execution focus

Success looks like:

  • Double-digit ARR growth across the ANZ portfolio
  • New customer acquisition and strong retention rates
  • Sales team consistently exceeding quota
  • Accurate forecasts and a strong, fast-moving pipeline
