We're currently on the lookout for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive on meeting new people, closing deals, and sharing your passion for coffee, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate must love coffee, be experienced in the cafe industry, proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within food & beverage or hospitality and be a focused team player.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of the sales team
  • Grow market share and brand awareness across all FMCG channels including cafés, restaurants and independent supermarkets
  • Maintain existing client relationships with top-notch service and support
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs with a strategic and motivated approach
  • Work cross-functionally with our operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:
  • Strong network across the café and hospitality scene
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within food & beverage or hospitality
  • A love of coffee with a passion and enthusiasm for the food/coffee industry
  • Understanding of café owner's business structure including; complexity, culture, customers, issues, risks, needs, systems, constraints and objectives.
  • Commercial understanding of supply of coffee products and coffee equipment solutions into café market
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution oriented attitude
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated, driven and highly organised
  • Comfortable managing your own territory and schedule
