Job Description

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute projects from initiation to go-live, focusing on customer onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Address client requests and technical issues, providing prompt updates.
  • Learn and share new product features with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and tailor solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure clarity on billing and delivery.
