We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our experience team as a Client Onboarding Manager. This is a critical role in which you will be responsible for heading up a team who are responsible for client experience, optimising process and exceeding service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Track themes, share insights, and drive onboarding and engagement through smarter service delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to achieve SLAs and identify areas of improvement throughout onboarding and engagement.
  • Innovative material creation to increase adoption of services.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability, driving service levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Confident navigation of competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Strong influencing language to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
