We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our Greenfield Project Team at the Sydney Office. The Greenfield Project aims to establish a higher education institution focused on deep learning, research, industry engagement and community service. ECAG plans to provide exceptional opportunities to students from all backgrounds to undertake higher education and contribute to society's advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project coordination & administration
  • Stakeholder engagement & communication
  • Document authoring, editing, collating and management
  • Compliance & quality assurance
  • Website, digital portal & LMS management
  • Financial & resource support
Qualifications
  • Appropriate higher education qualification(s).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project coordination role in a complex environment.
  • High level understanding of the higher education sector and its regulatory frameworks
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
