Overview

We are seeking a talented Dynamics CRM Architect. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients using the Dynamics CRM platform.

Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CRM solutions on the Dynamics CRM platform
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects
  • Provide guidance on CRM architecture, customization, and integration
  • Lead technical aspects of CRM implementations and coordinate team efforts
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service
  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, customization, and integration
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-900, MB-200, MB-400) are preferred
