As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you will work across the Perth metro region, partnering with a diverse portfolio of customers with complex needs, to provide quality banking services that enable success.
As an experienced banker and passionate sales professional, you will manage a portfolio of specialist customers, prospect for new business opportunities within local communities, and maintain excellent customer service. You will collaborate with Regional Managers and branches to attract and retain opportunities through customer visits, targeted business development, and delivering win-win solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a commercial portfolio and complex lending up to $15 million TAE.
- Developing strong networks with local industry, business, and community groups, and implementing plans to raise your profile and that of the Bank in the community.
- Connecting with customers through meaningful conversations to design and deliver innovative, holistic, needs-based solutions.
- Building deep, lasting relationships focused on acquiring new customers.
- Leading business development activities to enhance our profile and growth in the region.
- Collaborating with a network of Corporate and Community Bank Branches actively engaged with their communities.
- Forming partnerships with branch managers, coaching and educating branch teams, and building trusted relationships with Credit Risk.

What you'll bring to the role:
- A tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field.
- The ability to travel and a current driver's license.
Additional desired skills include:
- Expertise in business lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including interpreting financial statements.
- Knowledge of current business banking market conditions, products, cash flows, and markets.
- Ability to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
