The role of the Client Service Manager is pivotal in managing an existing portfolio of clients across Western Australia, focusing on exceptional service, building strong relationships, and opportunities for cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage client portfolios to ensure high levels of service and renewal targets are met.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings across Perth and regional WA.
- Provide timely, expert advice on National Credit Insurance products and services to clients.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to support client understanding and engagement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurers, effectively advocating on behalf of clients.
- Assess client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within client portfolios, aligning additional NCI services to client needs.
- Experience in a client-facing or customer retention role, preferably within the insurance/finance sector or a related field.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Confidence working in a business-to-business environment, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
