The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join a major ICT transformation and sustainment program. These roles support system development lifecycles, solution upgrades, and secure estate data platforms critical to government operations. The program offers the opportunity to deliver large-scale change in a high-profile, secure environment alongside a team of technical and delivery specialists.

Roles Available

  • Portfolio/Program Manager (SFIA 7)

    Provide strategic leadership across a large ICT program, overseeing governance, risk, release management, and engagement with senior stakeholders. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar ICT portfolios is essential.
  • Change & Release Manager (SFIA 6)

    Coordinate release schedules, approvals, and deployment activities, with a strong focus on SAP change management. Bring experience in release governance and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Technical Product Lead (SFIA 6)

    Shape product roadmaps and guide delivery teams by aligning technical solutions with business needs. Familiarity with accreditation and design approval processes is highly valued.
  • Estate Solution Architect (SFIA 6)

    Design and deliver solution architecture frameworks to support transformation initiatives. Experience in secure solution design, integration, and compliance with accreditation frameworks is required.
  • PMO Lead / Project Manager (SFIA 6)

    Lead delivery planning, scheduling, and governance while managing risks and issues. Strong background in ICT project management, testing oversight, and change/release methodologies needed.
  • Development Manager (SFIA 6)

    Lead a technical team delivering SAP-based solutions. Bring expertise across SAP ABAP, UI5, Fiori, OData APIs, and integration technologies, along with proven leadership experience.
  • Development Lead (SFIA 6)

    Provide technical leadership on SAP development activities, coordinating build, testing, and release. Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP ABAP, Fiori, UI5, and related technologies required.
  • Developer – SAP Security (SFIA 5)

    Specialise in SAP ABAP security development, ensuring controls and integrations across Fiori, UI5, Web Dynpro, and OData APIs. Strong security practices essential.
  • Developer – SAP ABAP (multiple roles, SFIA 4)

    Deliver ABAP development artefacts, build and deployment scripts, and integration support. Knowledge of Fiori, UI5, and OData APIs desirable. Multiple opportunities available.
  • Developer – React JS / Pega (SFIA 5)

    Develop and enhance applications using React JS and Pega, contributing to large, complex transformation programs. Strong problem-solving and integration skills required.

To be successful, you will need

  • Demonstrated expertise in the relevant technical or leadership discipline.
  • Experience in complex, large-scale ICT environments (Defence experience highly desirable).
  • Ability to work within structured governance, testing, and release frameworks.
  • Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
