Change, Implementation & Planning Manager – SFIA Level 5

Location: Canberra

Be part of a major transformation initiative focused on integrating new digital capabilities into everyday business operations. As a Change, Implementation & Planning Manager, you will drive business readiness, manage change activities, and lead engagement strategies to ensure successful adoption and minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business readiness plans including training, engagement, and deployment activities.
  • Assess readiness across user groups and implement plans to close any gaps.
  • Provide support during transition periods and monitor engagement outcomes.
  • Define and lead a sequence of activities to ensure stakeholder commitment and readiness.

Key Criteria:

  • Experience managing business change and readiness in complex environments.
  • Ability to assess and improve organisational readiness for large-scale change.
  • Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current NV1 security clearance required; NV2 preferred.
