The opportunity

Lead test management for a large, complex federal transformation program. You'll set the test strategy, stand up frameworks and tooling (including automation), and coordinate end-to-end test cycles across multiple releases.

What you'll do

  • Turn business objectives and functional requirements into test strategies and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and implement test management frameworks, tooling, and automation.
  • Produce and review release test plans (including vendor plans).
  • Manage functional, integration and regression testing across release cycles.
  • Plan and lead UAT for multiple releases.
  • Track, report and drive resolution of defects; assist with triage.
  • Deliver clear test reports and communicate status/risks.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative quality culture.

What you'll bring (Essential)

  • 10+ years in software testing and 5+ years in test leadership.
  • Test leadership on large, complex government transformations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Experience creating program-level test strategies with tech delivery and change teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Test Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Strong Backend API testing (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Strong experience with .NET applications and websites.
  • Proven experience working in Agile teams.

Nice to have (Desirable)

  • Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
  • Hands-on test automation skills.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow applications.
