Responsibilities
  • The Sr.HR Executive – Employee Engagement is responsible for designing, planning, and executing initiatives that foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a strong organizational culture. The role requires creativity, people-centric thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, wellness programs, birthday/anniversary celebrations, festival events, etc.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions; analyze results and suggest action plans.
  • Develop communication campaigns to promote company culture, core values, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain records of all engagement programs, budgets, and participation metrics.
  • Work closely with the HR team and leadership to align engagement strategies with business objectives.
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement through regular interaction and pulse checks.
  • Assist in organizing internal recognition and reward programs.
  • Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and community-building initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on engagement metrics and present insights.
  • Employee Grievance management.
  • Training arrangement management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or employee engagement roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Event planning and project management skills are a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for people engagement.
  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
