Overview

Predominantly servicing the SME sector for customers with fleets from 5 to 500 but looking to expand and grow in the coming years, JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) has excellent systems and products with a highly professional, experienced and friendly team. Our size allows us to be flexible, quick and innovative in responding to customer needs. Currently operating a fleet of 7,000 the objective is to achieve profitable growth to expand the fleet to 10,000/ 15,000 in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to achieve individual objectives and targets against the Account Management Plan, being the first point of contact.
  • Accountability for maintaining and increasing the number of vehicle renewals.
  • Working with the Account Manager to provide account plans with the objective of protecting the current business and growing JCT600 VLS wallet share.
  • Serving as the liaison between the customer and JCT600 VLS to achieve objectives for orders, escalating roadblocks to secure business, closing deals, and maintaining the highest standard of courtesy and integrity in interactions.
  • Ensuring a clear understanding of contracts including Pricing, Management Fees, Services, Products, Service Levels, Profit Share, Excess Mileage, and Expiry Dates, and fully understanding vehicle funding methods and the costs and benefits to customers (contract hire, purchase, employee car ownership, salary sacrifice).
  • Producing proposals and quotations and converting quotations to orders with a proactive approach to customers where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • A comprehensive understanding of the industry and experience in managing corporate and SME accounts is desirable.
  • A customer-centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage personal workload and time effectively and to work to strict timescales with excellent process, quality and administration skills.
  • Self-motivation and professional with the ability to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A strategic thinker, confident with the ability to effectively communicate persuasively with others, passing on information accurately and promptly.
