Responsibilities:

Candidate Engagement:

  3. Develop personalized communication strategies to enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and priorities.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  3. Coordinate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions in a timely manner.
Data Management:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  2. Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Generate reports and insights to support talent acquisition initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
