Program Overview
  • Designed for new graduates or those with little to no NDIS experience
  • Multimodal learning with modules developed by industry professionals
  • Focus on core components: assessment and report writing, clinical and NDIS knowledge, communication, managing difficult behaviours, and time management
  • Extensive and flexible mentoring program tailored to individual learning styles
  • Smaller intake for individualized time to build knowledge and confidence as a therapist
This Position Involves
  • Managing a caseload and designing therapy programs to achieve participant outcomes
  • Assessing functional capacity through clinical assessments
  • Providing evidence-based support to increase life skills and independence
  • Conducting assessments and recommending environment adaptations, including assistive technology
About You
  • Occupational Therapist with eligibility for full AHPRA registration
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement provided)
  • Excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Honesty, integrity, team orientation and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
