Join to apply for the New Graduate Occupational Therapist role at ORS Group. ORS Group is a leading allied health provider in Australia, offering a 6-month Graduate Program to support the transition from study to clinical practice.
As a Graduate OT, you'll work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. Your caseload can be tailored to your interests to ensure meaningful work. You'll deliver assessments and interventions such as functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology and home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs. You'll build strong client relationships and see the impact of your work daily.
Responsibilities- Deliver functional capacity and sensory assessments
- Provide assistive technology recommendations and home modifications
- Implement skill and capacity building programs
- Build strong client relationships and track client progress
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending)
- Valid driver's licence
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals
- Formal weekly 1:1 supervision (1 hour) with experienced clinicians
- Access to extensive training resources and a cohort of peers
- Flexible options: full-time or part-time, remote/hybrid options, and a 9-day fortnight
