New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team delivering adult disability services with flexible work options in Revesby, NSW.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
- Deliver occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings
- Engage in an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training focused on Concentric and NDIS Allied Health
- Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in quarterly alignment days
- Contribute to a vibrant team culture with social events and flexible work arrangements
What you\'ll need:
- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
