New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team delivering adult disability services with flexible work options in Revesby, NSW.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings
  • Engage in an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training focused on Concentric and NDIS Allied Health
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and participate in quarterly alignment days
  • Contribute to a vibrant team culture with social events and flexible work arrangements
About You

What you\'ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
