Overview

New Graduate 2026 Occupational Therapist role at Concentric. Bella Vista. As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community. With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading professional development, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career.

Responsibilities
  • A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
  • Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health space.
  • A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way.
  • Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
  • Quarterly alignment days—a day out of the clinic to not see clients, learn alongside your colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
  • Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • Valid Australian driver's license and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
