New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team delivering adult disability services with access to advanced resources and professional development.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period
  • Work both in clinic and community settings serving adult disability clients
  • Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
  • Engage in quarterly alignment days for team learning and social activities
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team fostering a positive and fun culture
  • Utilize flexi-time and work-from-home options to support work-life balance
About You

What you\'ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA Registration or eligibility upon graduation
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
