Café Venue Manager – Rustica Brighton
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually (plus super)
Rustica Brighton is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Venue Manager to lead our team.
We're a busy café known for specialty coffee, fresh seasonal food, and great service. As Venue Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding café experience every time.
What you'll do:
Manage and lead the café team across front and back of house
Oversee daily operations to ensure service and quality standards
Recruit, train, and develop staff
Handle rostering, stock control, budgets, and compliance
Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve targets
Maintain a positive team culture and uphold Rustica's reputation
What we're looking for:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of hospitality operations
A passion for specialty coffee, food, and customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
