Residential Account Manager- Broker Aggregator Relationships

Key Accountabilities

  • Building strong relationships with aggregators, broker and operational partners
  • Create and strengthen broker awareness of Thinktank products and services
  • Workshop scenarios with aggregator sales teams and brokers to ensure that the proposed deal falls within Thinktank's risk appetite and Lending criteria and meets our requirements
  • Meet or exceed targeted monthly loan volumes
  • Achieve annual loan origination budget

About You

  • Proven Business or Consumer lending experience with a focus on Third party residential lending
  • 5 + yrs Business development experience in Banking/Financial services
  • Have established relationships in the Third-Party broking sector
  • Proven ability to develop long-lasting relationships with key external stakeholders (brokers, aggregators) and internal stakeholders
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others
  • Operate with a high standard of ethics and integrity at all times
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of numeracy
