Residential Account Manager- Broker Aggregator Relationships

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with aggregators, brokers, and operational partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the third-party broking sector.
  • Create and strengthen broker awareness of our products and services.
  • Work with aggregator sales teams and brokers to ensure proposed deals meet our risk appetite and lending criteria.
  • Meet or exceed targeted monthly loan volumes.

Requirements:
  • Proven business or consumer lending experience with a focus on third-party residential lending.
  • 5+ years of business development experience in banking/financial services.
  • Established relationships in the third-party broking sector.
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Operate with a high standard of ethics and integrity at all times.
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of numeracy.
