The Finance Nest is looking for a motivated Trainee Broker to join our team and grow with us.

As part of our close-knit team, you'll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and support to set you up for success in the broking industry.

What you'll do:
  • Learn the end-to-end mortgage broking process, from client conversations to loan settlements
  • Work closely with experienced brokers and gain exposure to a wide range of lending scenarios
  • Build strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice
  • Assist with administration, compliance, and client communications while developing your skills as a broker

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Backgrounds in real estate, sales, finance, or recent graduates are highly regarded
  • Eager to learn, with the confidence to engage with clients and grow into a broker role
