Recently recognised as one of SA's largest and most successful organisations, our client has an opportunity for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team immediately with a current term until the end of June 2026.

With a great culture, flexibility and a suite of interesting projects to support this is a rare opportunity.

We are looking for a Contracts Administration experienced candidate who has worked with construction and capital projects. You will be supporting a number of Project Managers as the key commercial resource and the liaison with the procurement team.

Managing variations, claims and supplier relationship management you will have a strong attention to detail and an ability to identify and mitigate risks while supporting your employer to deliver great project outcomes within schedule, quality standards and budget.

You will also provide reporting and stakeholder support to the broader project and operations team.

Experience with EPC and ECI contracts is highly desirable and working with a large organisation in engineering, defence, heavy industry or mining / oil and gas is ideal.

This role will require some travel between their South Australian offices and their project sites.

Qualifications

Contract and terms
  • Role is until the end of June 2026 with the option for a strong day rate or fixed term contract negotiated for the right contract.
